Shawn-Marie Morrow, CFE, has extensive experience in fraud management and business intelligence analysis. Currently serving as Principal Business Intelligence Analyst at Pindrop since July 2016, Morrow utilizes SQL and Tableau for KPI reporting and analysis to enhance fraud detection and risk assessment. Prior to this role, Morrow worked at eSecuritel from December 2013 to July 2016, initially as a Fraud Analyst, then advancing to Fraud Manager, where leadership involved expanding a team, developing training manuals, and implementing process improvements. Morrow's career began at Asurion, with roles as a Fraud Analyst, Financial Analyst, and Accounting Analyst, focusing on compliance, cost reporting, and financial reconciliation. Morrow holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Tennessee State University.
