David B. has a diverse work experience starting as an Automotive Technician at Yaos auto in 2011. David then worked as a Loaner Car Writer at Autobahn Motors in 2013 and later became an Automotive Technician at Mercedes-Benz of Oakland in 2014. In 2019, David interned as a Cyber Security Engineer at Symantec where they were responsible for designing and building security solutions. David subsequently worked as a Security Analyst/Engineer at Silicon Valley Bank, where they performed control mapping and editing in C# to fix UI issues. David then joined Uber as a Security Analyst in 2020 and later moved to Fast as a Security & Compliance Analyst. In 2022, they became a Security Analyst at Affirm and in 2023, they started working as a Security Engineer at Pindrop.

David B. attended San Leandro High School from 2007 to 2011, where they earned their High School Diploma with a focus on Business Academy. In 2019, they enrolled in Year Up and completed a Cybersecurity Certificate with a specialization in Cyber Security in 2020. In addition to their formal education, David obtained several certifications, including Cyber Threat Hunting from Active Countermeasures in April 2020, Blockchain Basics from LinkedIn in March 2020, Splunk Fundamentals 1 from Splunk in July 2019, and Wireshark Essential Training from LinkedIn in July 2019.
