Suchismita Padhi has a strong work experience background as a backend engineer and software developer. They are currently working as a Backend Engineer at PiNCAMP I ADAC Camping GmbH since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at DIZZBO as a Backend Engineer from August 2021 to August 2022. They also worked at ensun GmbH as a Software Developer from November 2019 to July 2021. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Associate at Cognizant from January 2015 to August 2018.

Suchismita Padhi completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in AE&I (Automation, Electronics, and Instrumentation) from C V Raman College of Engineering, which took place from 2010 to 2014. Afterward, they pursued a Masters degree in Mechatronics from Universität Siegen, which they completed from 2018 to 2021.
