Andy Yother has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Andy is currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Pinacore since 2023. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2023, they worked at ChannelWorks, where they held two roles - Senior Director of Services and Director of Systems Engineering and Operations. At ChannelWorks, they focused on developing and launching services, managing teams, and driving technical delivery.

Before their time at ChannelWorks, Andy worked at Tech Data as the Director of Systems Engineering from 2017 to 2020. In this role, they led systems engineering and operations activities for the Asset Value services division.

From 2014 to 2017, Andy served as the Director of Systems Engineering at Avnet, where they oversaw the design, development, and implementation stages of products and projects. Andy also led integration activities for mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this, they worked at Avnet Technology Solutions from 2005 to 2014, starting as the Manager of Technology Consulting Solutions. In this role, they managed multiple teams, led infrastructure projects, and achieved significant improvements in efficiency and profitability.

Andy Yother has a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Colorado Technical University. Andy also has experience studying Engineering and Applied Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology and Civil Engineering at Auburn University. In addition, Andy has obtained several certifications including EMCIE - Recoverpoint Specialist, EMCIE - VNX Solutions Specialist, EMCISA - Information Storage Associate v2, Project Management Professional, and Microsoft Certified Professional.
