Vinícius Colonna currently serves as an Analista de Customer Success Jr. at Pin People since February 2024, where responsibilities include translating methodology for client application, conducting experience research, managing client interactions within the platform, analyzing data for improvement proposals, collaborating with the Account Management team on analytical presentations, and identifying product enhancement opportunities. Previously, Vinícius held the position of Commercial Operations Intern at SMT from July 2023 to February 2024, providing essential support and data-driven solutions to the sales team. Prior experience also includes a role as Lead Development Representative Intern at Rocket.Chat, where lead enrichment and categorization were key tasks, and participation as a member of AIESEC focused on enhancing customer experience for international talent. Vinícius is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Relations at Universidade de Brasília, expected to graduate in 2024.
