Karoline Barbosa began their work experience in 2013 as an Auxiliar Técnico Junior at Betta Global Partner. Karoline then moved on to APS Santa Marcelina, where they held the roles of Escriturário Administrativo from December 2015 to October 2019 and Assistente Administrativo from October 2019 to September 2020. In 2021, they joined Apdata as an Assistente de Administração de Pessoal Jr, working there until April 2022. Currently, they are working at Pin People as People Ops - People & Experience.

Karoline Barbosa's education history begins in 2011 when they attended the ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo. Karoline pursued a degree in Técnico Administrativo and studied Administration de Empresas. Karoline completed their studies there in 2012.

In 2017, Karoline enrolled in the Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes to pursue a Graduação degree in Gestão de Recursos Humanos. Karoline completed this program in 2018.

Most recently, in 2022, Karoline continued their education at the Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes, where they are currently studying Direito. Their expected completion of this program is in 2027.
