From 2014 to 2019, they held dual roles as a Native Instruments Ambassador and Sales Executive at Red Dog Music.

From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Producer at The Team.

From 2009 to 2014, they served as a Bass Player for The Amateurs.

From 2006 to 2009, they were a Bassist for Johnny 6 featuring Robert Plant.

Andrew Fletcher attended UCE Birmingham from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Fine/Studio Arts, General. In 2013 and 2014, they enrolled at Point Blank Music School and obtained qualifications as a mix engineer and an Advanced Logic Pro Operator in the field of Audio.
