Jason Hapner is an experienced law enforcement and education professional with a background in vocational training and public safety. Currently serving as a Law & Public Safety Teacher at Pima JTED since December 2021, Jason implements vocational curriculum and partners with industry stakeholders. Previous roles include Liability Claims Adjuster at Allstate and retired Lieutenant at the Indio Police Department, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of various bureaus including Major Crimes and Training. Jason's law enforcement career included positions as Sergeant and Senior Officer, focusing on major crimes and specialized enforcement teams. In addition to law enforcement, Jason owned and managed a successful vacation rental property under Desert Hills Oasis. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Phoenix and has a history with Palm Springs Police Department as a Reserve Officer.
