Jennifer Billa has a strong background in human resources and wellness, with over 17 years of experience in various roles. Jennifer is currently the Human Resources Director at Pima Council On Aging, a position they started in September 2021. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked for Pima County for 12 years, where they served as the Human Resources Supervisor for Benefits & Wellness and the Wellness Program Manager. Jennifer also worked as a Senior Community Nutrition Specialist during their time at Pima County. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, they attended Northern Arizona University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public Health. Jennifer also has an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Pima Community College, which they completed between 2006 and 2008.
