Jeff Silvyn is the General Counsel at Pima Community College and the Principal of Silvyn & Associates, providing professional third party neutral services for collaboration and dispute resolution. With a background in law practice focusing on employment law, immigration law, and commercial litigation, Jeff previously held the title of General Counsel at the Morris K. Udall Foundation and the US Institute for Environmental Conflict Resolution. Jeff obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations and Affairs from The Johns Hopkins University.
