Gianna Garcia began their work experience in 2019 as a Media Buyer Intern at Stream Companies. In 2020, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors, where they were responsible for various marketing activities such as social media management, ad creation, email marketing, and copywriting. Later in 2020, they joined Compass as a Marketing Coordinator. In 2021, they worked at Brown Harris Stevens as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson & Admin Associate for The Arcus Group. Their next role was at Pilot in 2022, where they served as a Sales & Real Estate Coordinator. Currently, in 2023, they are working as a Contractor at the same company.

Gianna Garcia attended Penn State University from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. In June 2021, they also obtained a certification as a Real Estate Salesperson from Brown Harris Stevens.
