Ronald M. Michalak is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program and project management, primarily in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Pilot Energy since May 2022, Ronald is responsible for the development of a program management program using Agile techniques to facilitate communication between business and IT. In October 2023, Ronald took on the role of Director of Operations at Trebel Energy, overseeing daily operations for community aggregation customers in Ohio. Previous experience includes a nearly two-decade tenure at NRG Energy, where Ronald held various positions, including Information Technology Program Manager, Scrum Master, and Business Transformation Manager. Ronald's foundational career involved customer service roles, including work at Mellon Arena and as a Clerk-Typist for the City of Pittsburgh. Ronald holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications & Rhetoric from the University of Pittsburgh.
