Steve Scott has over 18 years of experience in the chemical industry. Steve began their career at Eckart America in 2002, where they worked as a Process Engineer and later became a Process Engineer/Production Manager. In 2007, they joined Ticona as a Reliability Engineer, and then progressed to the role of Technical Manager. In 2012, they were promoted to Senior Process Engineer, and they remained with Ticona until 2014. Currently, Steve is working as an Operations Engineer at Pilot Chemical Company.

Steve Scott completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, studying from 1997 to 2002.
