Quincy Ellis is a professional dancer and the current Co-Dance Captain of Pilobolus, contributing to the company's 50th season since March 2017. Key responsibilities include maintaining the integrity of dance pieces during tours, planning rehearsal schedules, assisting Artistic Direction, and supporting fellow dancers. Prior experience includes serving as a server and bartender at Cafe Luxembourg from October 2008 to February 2020, and as a figure skating instructor at Figure Skating in Harlem, where Quincy focused on teaching basic and intermediate skills from November 2012 to January 2017. From September 2009 to March 2015, Quincy served as a dance and acting instructor at the Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theater, teaching students from Kindergarten to High School. Earlier career experience includes being a company member and the Press & Marketing Director at The Move/Shop from 2005 to November 2013. Quincy holds a BFA in Acting from Emerson College, earned between 2004 and 2008.
