Tyler Derus is an experienced business professional currently serving as a Business Unit Manager at ITW Air Management and Pillar Technologies, both since 2021. Prior to these roles, Tyler spent eight years at Bostik in various capacities, including Senior Market Manager for Advanced Packaging and Senior Business Development, as well as roles in market management and business development. Tyler's initial professional exposure includes internships in sales and marketing at IDeaS Revenue Solutions and technical experience as a chemist at Bostik. Tyler holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
