Damien Fitzpatrick is an accomplished entrepreneur and former professional rugby player with significant experience in performance nutrition and athlete representation. As the Founder and CEO of PILLAR Performance since June 2021, Damien has spearheaded the launch of a leading range of micronutrition products aimed at enhancing athletic performance. Additionally, Damien is a member of Athletic Ventures and serves as both a Board Member and President of the Rugby Union Players' Association (RUPA), advocating for the interests of 192 professional rugby players in Australia and abroad. Prior to entering the business realm, Damien enjoyed a successful rugby career, playing for teams such as the Waratahs Rugby, Stade Français Paris, and LOU RUGBY. Damien holds an MBA from Macquarie Business School and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Macquarie University.
