Denise Butler Creswell is a seasoned Realtor with extensive experience in the Greater Nashville area, currently serving at Pilkerton Realtors since August 2004, where Denise specializes in existing single-family homes, condominiums, and new construction sales. As a multi-million dollar producer and recipient of the Lifetime Awards of Excellence from Greater Nashville Realtors, Denise has successfully assisted both first-time and experienced home buyers and sellers. Notably, Denise was named 2018 Realtor of the Year and served as the 2016 President of Greater Nashville Realtors. Prior to their current role, Denise held positions at Village Real Estate and Trammell Crow Residential, where responsibilities included residential sales and development analysis. Denise began their career in operations management at BMI, overseeing music performance agreements and infringement cases. Denise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in English from Murray State University.
