Wayne Fairhurst is currently the Chief Information Officer at Pilgrim's Shared Services. Prior to this role, Fairhurst held various leadership positions within the IT department at Pilgrim's UK for over 28 years, including IT Director and Head of Technical Services. Fairhurst also served as the IT Country Manager (UK) at Danish Crown from 2017 to 2020.
