Samiksha Mandare possesses extensive experience in research and development within the cosmetics and formulation industry. Currently serving as a Senior Research & Development Executive at Pilgrim since August 2022, Samiksha previously held roles as a Research Development Executive at A3 Innotech and as a Formulation Chemist at Paxchem Ltd. Additional experience includes an internship at L'Oreal India Pvt. Ltd. in the Hair metier department and a prior internship at INOVE HERBACEUTICALS PRIVATE LIMITED. Samiksha holds a Master of Science in Perfumery and Cosmetics Management from KET's V.G. Vaze College, completed between 2016 and 2018.
