Gagandeep M. has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. Gagandeep co-founded Pilgrim in 2019, where they worked on building the company. Prior to that, they co-founded EzExam Technologies in 2018 and held the position until 2019. Gagandeep also worked at Barclays as an Assistant Vice President from 2014 to 2017. Before that, they were an Analyst for Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) at Fractal Analytics from 2013 to 2014. Gagandeep had a brief stint as a Research Scholar at Hokkaido University in 2013 and as a Placement Coordinator at Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 2012.
