Suzette Cavanaugh has extensive experience in the field of special investigations, currently serving as Secretary/Director for the New England Chapter of the International Association of Special Investigation Units since January 2017. In addition, Suzette has held the position of Senior Investigator in the Special Investigations Unit at Pilgrim Insurance since July 2000. Suzette also contributed to the New England Association of Insurance Fraud Investigators as Past President from May 2019 to May 2020. Educationally, Suzette holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Criminal Justice from Suffolk University, attended from 1981 to 1985, and graduated from North Quincy High School in 1981.
