Marco Riva has extensive work experience, starting in 1989 with IBM. Marco began as a Project Manager, overseeing various projects until 2000. During this time, they also worked as a Product Designer, where they played a role in setting up a wireless support center in Europe. In 1999, they briefly worked at Commquest as a Product Designer. In 2005, they joined TXT e-solutions spa as the Chief SW architect until 2009. Following that, they worked at TXT Polymedia as a Project Manager from 2009 to 2013. Finally, they worked at Piksel Inc. as a Project Manager and Software Analyst starting in 2013.

Marco Riva completed their education in the field of Computer Science at Politecnico di Milano from 1982 to 1988, earning their degree in ing.
