Charles Finkel has had a long and successful career in the food and beverage industry. Charles began their career in 1965 as Southwestern Sales Manager for Monsieur Henri Wines Ltd. After four years, they founded Bon Vin, Inc. with partner Robert Conley II and became the exclusive United States agent for Chateau Ste. Michelle in 1974. In 1978, they founded the Merchant du Vin Corporation and introduced craft beer from family-owned breweries throughout the United States market. In 1989, they and their wife Rose Ann founded The Pike Brewing Co. and they served as President until the company was sold in 1997. Charles then co-founded Finkel Design in 1998 and their art nouveau design for Brasseurs Biere de Paris won best package design at the New York Fancy Food Show. In 2021, they and Rose Ann passed ownership of The Pike Brewing Co. to Seattle Hospitality Group, and they remain on the board of directors.
Charles Finkel attended the University of Oklahoma from 1962 to 1965, where they studied design and marketing.
