Miina Laru has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Miina worked as a Managing Director at Pihlajalinna, overseeing specialized housing services for unique individuals. Miina also served as a Service Director in the same company. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager at Eteva Joint Municipal Authority. Miina has also worked as a Project Manager at Eteva Kuntayhtymä and as a Freelance Consultant and Trainer for various clients, specializing in organizational surveys. Miina'searly career includes roles as a Development Manager at Elisa Oyj and as a Consultant at Accenture Oy.

Miina Laru attended the University of Helsinki from 1992 to 1999, where they earned a Master's degree in Theoretical Physics.
