Katrine Pondal has an extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Katrine currently works at Pierre Fabre Group as the North and West Europe HRBP & Nordic HR Director. Prior to that, they were the Director, Head of HR Nordic at Pierre Fabre Group. Katrine also served as a Senior People & Culture Business Partner at Bang & Olufsen, where they supported top management and was responsible for three regions. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Head of HR at by Lassen, providing support to all management and employees. Katrine also worked as a Nordic HR Business Partner at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and as an HR Manager at GO DREAM and DYRBERG/KERN. Their experience also includes working as an EU Assistant at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark and as a Research Assistant at the University of Copenhagen.

Katrine Pondal completed their education at the University of Copenhagen, where they earned a Bachelor of Political Science degree from 1999 to 2002 and a Master of Political Science degree from 2002 to 2007. Katrine also attended the Probana Business School, where they obtained a certification as an HR Consultant in HR Management. Additionally, Katrine received certifications such as PPA (Personal Profile Analysis), ACE (evaluates the potential for success in the job), and MPA (behavioral analytical test on how people influence) from institutions such as Thomas International and Master International A/S.
