Paige Costelloe is a Senior Associate at PierceGray, a boutique retained search firm focused on executive search and team builds, since October 2022. Prior to this, Paige served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Chamberlain Group from January 2020 to September 2022, where responsibilities included managing sales role requisitions, conducting needs assessments, and developing talent pools. Paige's experience also includes a role as a Rotational Development Program Candidate, completing rotations in various HR functions. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
