Ryan W. Anderson has a diverse professional background with experience in both mental health support and aerospace manufacturing. Currently, Ryan serves as a Recovery Navigator at Pierce County Alliance since April 2022. Previously, Ryan worked as a Certified Peer Counselor at RI International from January 2021 to January 2022. In the aerospace sector, Ryan held positions as a Value Stream Planner and Process Improvement Technician at Exotic Metals Forming, where responsibilities included collaborating on manufacturing processes and focusing on cost-effective improvements. Additional experience includes a role as a Business Development Representative at Pinnacle Capital Partners, where Ryan engaged with small business owners regarding loan options, and participation in U.S. Bank's Branch Leadership Development Program, recognized for outstanding performance. Ryan's early career included an internship as a Campus Liaison at the Freedom Foundation. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Political Science from Central Washington University.
