Helen Goldberg is an accomplished instructional design professional with extensive experience in developing multimedia and web-based training solutions. Currently serving as the Instructional Design Team Lead at Pierbridge since November 2018, Helen oversees the creation of training programs for technology products and applications. Previously, as an Instructional Designer at QuickBase, Inc., Helen designed product-based blended learning programs. At EMC, as Principal Instructional Designer/Program Manager, Helen managed a team and produced over 1,000 web-based learning events while implementing new technologies and processes. Early career experiences include managing multimedia training programs at Staples, establishing a Corporate Training Department at WT Chen & Company, and directing technical courses at Digital Equipment Corporation. Helen holds an M.B.A. from Clark University and a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Northeastern University.
