Courtney Phillips is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in bartending and event management. Currently, Courtney works as a Bartender and Event Manager at COJE Management Group since November 2019, and as an Event Coordinator at Pier 6 Boston Waterfront since April 2024, after previously serving as a Bartender at the same venue from June 2020 to August 2022. Previous bartending roles include positions at Tall Ship Boston, ALIBI LOUNGE, The Goat Bar & Grill, and Bernies Beach Bar. Additionally, Courtney was a Cheerleader for the New England Patriots from April 2017 to March 2018 and served as an Ice Skating Instructor at Bay State Skating School. Courtney holds a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish from the University of New Hampshire, obtained in 2019. Known for exceptional customer service, cocktail expertise, and leadership abilities, Courtney has cultivated a successful career in fast-paced environments.
