Chris Weilminster has worked in the real estate and restaurant industries for over 30 years. Chris began their career in 1990 as a Leasing Associate at Federal Realty Investment Trust, eventually becoming Senior Vice President - Leasing and Executive Vice President -- Real Estate & Leasing. In 2002, they joined Five Guys Enterprises as a Founding Partner. In 2014, they became a Founding Partner of Pieology Pizzeria, and in 2018 they joined Urban Edge Properties as Executive Vice President and COO.

Chris Weilminster attended Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management from 1984 to 1988 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Marketing.
