Jamie Watson is an experienced professional in food product development and operations management, currently serving as a Project Manager at Pieminister since March 2017, previously holding roles as Operations Improvement Manager and Food Development Technologist. Prior experience includes working at Greencore from November 2012 to March 2017 as a Process Development Technologist, focusing on product development for major retailers, and as Section Leader overseeing quality production of chilled soups and sauces. Earlier roles at Universal Beverages Limited involved managing cider and fortified wine manufacturing as Production Manager and contributing to new plant commissioning as a Process Technician. Education was completed at Downend School from 2001 to 2008.
