Jennifer Hawn, Ed.D., currently serves as the Superintendent of Piedmont Unified School District since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer Hawn held the position of Chief Operating Officer/Deputy Superintendent at Da Vinci Schools from June 2019 to June 2023, and was the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources at Whittier City School District in 2018-2019. Additionally, Jennifer Hawn worked as an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine University from 2013 to 2019. Earlier in their career, Jennifer Hawn was the High School Principal at El Segundo Unified School District from June 2017 to November 2018 and served as the Chief Academic Officer at Beverly Hills Unified School District from 2011 to 2017. Additional experience includes roles as Assistant Principal and High School English Teacher at Beverly Hills High School, along with teaching in elementary and middle school. Educational background includes degrees from the University of Southern California and Arizona State University.
