Cyd Barrow, MAIOP, currently serves as the HRIS Manager at Piedmont Plastics since February 2023. Previously, Cyd held the position of HRIS Analyst II at InComm from March 2020 to February 2023, focusing on delivering HRIS services and system functionality. Cyd's experience includes roles as an HR Generalist and Payroll & Compensation Specialist at FirstKey Homes, and HR Coordinator at WIKA Instrument, LP, among others. Cyd holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Agnes Scott College, supplemented by a study abroad program at Seoul Women's University.
