Rhonda S. is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director of Finance at Piedmont Healthcare since September 2011, Rhonda oversees financial strategic planning and operational finance for eight physician business units, focusing on acquisition initiatives and implementing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting to monitor organizational growth. Previously held positions include Director of Finance at Carestream, where Rhonda managed mergers and acquisitions and established KPI processes, as well as Director of Budgeting and Analysis, contributing to an initial public offering and integration efforts. Earlier roles included financial leadership at ACE Group, Regency Centers, and Ralph Lauren, complemented by a solid educational background with an MBA from Mercer University and a B.A. from Abilene Christian University.
