Swati Mendiratta is a Senior Scientist at Pidilite Industries Limited, having held the position since October 2021, and previously served as Assistant Manager in Research and Development at the same company. Prior to this role, Swati was an Associate at the American Chemical Society for a brief period in 2021 and worked as an Assistant Professor at Hindu College, University of Delhi from July 2018 to July 2021. Swati also gained experience as a Guest Faculty member in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Delhi in 2018. Swati holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, completed in 2017, as well as a Master's degree in Chemistry from the same institution. Swati's Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry was earned at Delhi University, and early education was completed at Presentation Convent Senior Secondary School. Research efforts focus on the application of Green Chemistry principles for the sustainable synthesis of nanomaterials and their catalytic applications for environmental remediation.
