Premkumar Deogade has extensive experience in product development and formulation. Premkumar started their career as a Summer Intern at Atul Ltd in 2009. In 2012, they joined Pidilite Industries Limited as a Project Trainee before progressing to roles such as Section Head - R&D, Assistant Manager, and currently as Lead Scientist since April 2021. Premkumar'sexpertise lies in rubber-based adhesives/sealants and flooring adhesives, with a focus on product development, reformulation, and scale up/commercialization.

Premkumar Deogade completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Technology/Technician from Laxminarayan Innovation Technological University from 2006 to 2010. Premkumar further pursued higher studies and obtained a Master of Technology degree in Polymer Technology from the Institute Of Chemical Technology between 2011 and 2013.
