Ajay Desai has a robust background in design and technology, currently serving as the Head of Technology at Pidilite Industries Limited, where responsibilities include leading the technology for SPM design and the food lab. Prior experiences include roles as Associate Chief Manager of Industrial Design at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. and Design Manager at Bajaj Electricals Ltd. Ajay is also a co-founder of CMCT and has worked as a Project Engineer at Crown Consultants (P) Ltd. Ajay Desai holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, obtained between 2002 and 2004, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shri G S Institute of Technology & Science, Indore, completed in 1994.
