As a Salesforce Administrator for our team in Picus, you will play a critical role in our journey of uplifting our CRM beyond a fundamental data management tool towards a strategic asset that drives our business forward. Your core mission is to enhance and optimize our Salesforce platform, making it serve as a robust tool for driving revenue, improving efficiency and delivering exceptional user experience. This role is about crafting and owning agile systems and micro processes that boost productivity and streamline operations across the organization.
In this role, you will engage with various teams around the globe, develop strategic concepts and embed them into the daily needs of sales, marketing, revenue operations, data analytics and customer operations teams as practical responses, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency in the relevant operations.
