Giovanna joined Picus in 2023 as HR Manager, supporting the portfolio companies. Prior to joining, she worked as a Recruiter for McKinsey & Company and completed internships at Bain & Company, Allianz and the European Commission.

Giovanna graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management and a master’s degree in Innovation and Technology from Bocconi University in Milan.
