John Grant has extensive experience in sales and management, currently serving as the Sales & Specification Manager at PICS & Hatcrete since January 1995. Prior to this role, John held various positions, including Support Specialist at Grace to Restore since April 2020, and Commission Sales Associate at Sypol Environmental from January 1993 to March 1995. John's career includes significant leadership experience as Sales Manager at RMC - Hales Waste Control, managing a team of seven, and as Sales Training Manager with RMC Group Services, where John delivered training across multiple operating companies. Early in the career, John worked as a Shipper & Sales Representative and trained as a Navigation Officer Cadet with BP. John holds a Diploma in Management Studies from the University of Westminster and completed O Levels at Southern Grammar Boys - Portsmouth.
