Lisa Valente has over three decades of experience in the financial services industry, with a significant focus on human resources and operations. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Human Resources at Pico since October 2009, Lisa has progressively advanced through various roles within the organization. Prior to joining Pico, Lisa held the title of Vice President at Merrill Lynch, specializing in Prime Brokerage and Global Markets & Investment Banking from 2007 to 2009. From 1999 to 2007, Lisa worked at Goldman Sachs as a Vice President in Global Equities Management, and previously held the same title at JP Morgan from 1993 to 1999, focusing on Global Equity Operations. Lisa began a career in finance at Bear Stearns as an Associate Manager in International Operations from 1989 to 1993.
