Luke Ryan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Luke is currently serving as the Director of Product Management - Data at Pico since September 2022. Previously, Luke worked at Morningstar, where they held various roles, including Director of Product Strategy - Market Data and Senior Product Manager. Luke was responsible for restructuring the Market Data product organization, developing a 5-year product roadmap, and achieving double-digit growth targets. Prior to Morningstar, Luke worked at 1st Exchange as an Assurance Provider Support Executive.

Luke Ryan attended NESCOT from 1994 to 1997, where they studied Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Cheam High School from 1989 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Luke has obtained various certifications, including Pragmatic Institute's PMC Level VIII, Pragmatic Certified Product Marketer, Pragmatic Certified Product Master, and Pragmatic Certified Product Manager. Luke has also completed courses on topics such as cultural sensitivity, confronting bias, and creating a positive work environment through LinkedIn.
