Monchie Dela Cruz is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience across multiple organizations, currently serving as Head of Information Technology at PICKUP COFFEE since February 2024, where Monchie drives digital transformation and enhances operational efficiency through technology. Previously, in the role of Vice President of Operations at Seller Universe, Monchie fostered a people-centric culture and improved interdepartmental collaboration. As Director of Development at Kodella, Monchie led a global development team specializing in SaaS software, focusing on leadership development and effective team management. Additionally, Monchie has held significant roles at Accenture as Oracle NetSuite practice lead and Oracle cloud SaaS Project Manager, and at NetSuite as Team Lead for Software Test Engineering, showcasing a strong background in project management, software development, and client relationship management. Monchie holds a degree from De La Salle University.
