Sven Ihde started their work experience at the Hasso Plattner Institute in 2018 as a Scientific Researcher with an academic degree. Sven held this position until September 2021. In October 2021, they joined pickshare as the IT Director (CTO), where they are currently working.

Sven Ihde pursued their education in IT-Systems Engineering at the Hasso Plattner Institute. Sven obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the institute between 2012 and 2015. Following the completion of their bachelor's degree, Sven continued their studies at the same institution and earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in IT-Systems Engineering from 2015 to 2017.
