Florin Kutten has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2016, they worked as an Audit Intern in the Private Equity department at EY. In 2018, they served as a Werksstudent in the People Advisory Services department at EY. In 2020, Florin acted as an Organisationsleiter at Kutten Alain - D'Gestaltungshandwierker before joining EY again as a Consultant in the Performance Improvement - Financial Services division. Florin'sresponsibilities at EY included analyzing the Markets in Crypto Asset (MiCA) Regulation and exploring future business opportunities in the Crypto Assets field. In 2021, Florin co-founded and became the CEO of Glasbote.com, a package-free online shop for groceries with a focus on sustainability. The company received medium 6 figure investment and grew to a team of 18 people within 18 months. Since 2022, Florin has been the CEO and Founder of FlorinKutten Consulting, where they assist startups and SMEs with financial planning, investment cases, contract preparations, and overall development. Additionally, they currently hold the position of Head of Finance at pickshare, starting in December 2022.

Florin Kutten completed their Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and related support services from the University of Düsseldorf from 2015 to 2018. In 2017, they also attended Trinity College Dublin for a brief period to study Wirtschaftswissenschaften (Economics). In addition to their formal education, Florin obtained a certification in EY Blockchain - Bronze from EY in February 2021.
