Harvey Matheny is an experienced Senior Project Manager at Pickering Firm, Inc. since July 2014, with a background in civil engineering that includes a previous role as Senior Project Manager at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. from April 2005 to July 2014. Harvey also holds significant leadership positions within various professional organizations, serving as Chairman of the Memphis-Area Joint Engineers Council, a board member of the Engineers' Club of Memphis, and a member of the Board of Directors for the ACEC of TN, all since July 2015. Earlier career experience includes serving as Director of Development and Town Engineer for the Town of Collierville from December 1997 to March 2005. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Memphis, obtained between 1984 and 1986, and a Bachelor's degree from the same institution from 1980 to 1984.
