Michael Torres has a robust background in law enforcement and community service, currently serving as a Trustee and Vice President at the Fraternal Order of Police Foothills Lodge #9 since June 2017. Since July 2007, Michael has been an Investigator with the Pickens County Sheriff's Office, specializing in digital evidence extraction for the South Carolina Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce, while also holding roles as an Intelligence Agent and Detective in the Special Victims/Sex Offender Unit. Additional experience includes field training, youth mentorship, and contributions to community action teams. Michael's prior roles include serving as a Patrolman and various positions in retail and service industries, underscoring a diverse skill set and commitment to community engagement.
