Neang Khit has a strong background in restaurant management with notable positions at various establishments. Neang started their career in 2002 as a General Manager at Pizza Hut, where they successfully managed a Dine In Restaurant with sales of $1.5 million. Neang led a team of 35 employees and developed a strong customer service culture. In 2011, Neang joined Pick Up Stix as a General Manager, overseeing a fast-casual restaurant with over 30 employees. Neang achieved significant improvements in productivity and cost efficiencies, as well as exceeding annual customer survey satisfaction goals. Additionally, they successfully planned and managed remodeling projects to enhance the restaurant's ambiance. In 2014, Neang joined The Habit Burger Grill as a General Manager before returning to Pick Up Stix in 2015 as a Senior General Manager and later becoming the Regional Director of Operations.

Neang Khit has a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from California State University, Long Beach. Neang also holds a Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the same university. In addition to their degrees, Neang Khit has obtained the Serve Safe certification in March 2012.
