Florian Dupuy is a legal expert with extensive experience in contract management and commercial law. Currently serving as the Responsable juridique at PIC Group since July 2021, Florian previously held the role of Responsable contrats & contentieux at Groupe Charles André from February 2014 to July 2021, overseeing the analysis, drafting, negotiation, and validation of approximately 250 contracts annually across various sectors. Florian's earlier positions include Juriste d'affaires at La Française des Jeux and Yves Rocher, where responsibilities encompassed contract validation and commercial operation assessments, as well as a legal internship at M6 Publicité focused on intellectual property and advertising law. Florian holds a Master I in business and corporate law from the University of Montpellier and a Master II in cultural property law from Avignon Université.
