Matt Papania has a diverse background in sales, agriculture, and business management. Currently serving as an Outside Sales Representative at Piazza Produce since September 2018 and as an Insurance Agent at the Insurance Agency of Kentucky since January 2017, Matt holds licenses in Life, Health, Property, and Casualty. Previous experience includes working as a Horticulturist at Hillcroft Farm and in various roles such as Business Development at The Press Juicery/Lawn Masters, and General Manager at Papania’s Inc., where responsibilities included human resources, accounts receivable/payable, debt collection, purchasing, and fleet management. Matt's early career included positions at Brickman Group and the University of Kentucky Athletic Department, contributing to a solid foundation in horticulture with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kentucky. Matt is HACCP Certified, AIB Food Defense Certified, and ServSafe Certified.
